What you need
- Crossip Dandy Smoke
- Lemon juice
- Apple juice
- Honey
- Aquafaba or egg white
- Ice
- Cocktail shaker and strainer
- Coupe glass
- Garnish: Lemon peel twist
Method
- Add 35ml Crossip, 20ml lemon juice, 10ml apple juice, 5ml honey and 20ml aquafaba or egg white to a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again.
- Strain into a Coupe glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
